Foxit PDF Editor allows you to quickly combine multiples files (even of different file types) into a single PDF file. No need to go around converting individual files. Just select and combine!

This method does not work for files that have already been signed. Signatures will be stripped from pages. Please contact the IDAT team for options on combining files and keeping current signatures in tact.
