Yuja Panorama is a tool for checking document accessibility and creating alternate formats. It is our replacement for Ally but has a standalone portal for all employees to have access to these important tools.
Accessing Panorama
Panorama has a standalone site accessible to all employees. It utilizes our Meredith login so please choose to sign in with SSO.
Instructors can access Panorama directly from Brightspace. See the Panorama Accessibility in Brightspace post for more information.
What you’ll see

There are a few features when you log in to Panorama, so we’ll talk about DocHub and To-Do List. For staff use, you will not need the reports or configuration sections.
DocHub
Score accessibility, generate alternate formats, and fix issues for files. Folders are auto-generated. You can delete and create your own as desired.
Click the upload button to add a new file. Once the file has been scanned, a icon will appear to indicate the accessibility score.

- Dark Green octagon icon: Very high accessibility scores
- Green hexagon icon: High accessibility scores
- Yellow triangle icon: Medium accessibility scores
- Red hexagon icon: Low accessibility scores
- Red rounded hexagon icon: Very low accessibility scores
- Grey circles slash icon: No alternative formats for this document
- Purple 3 dot icon: The file is being processed
Click the file to see the accessibility score and options for alternate formats.

Click again on the accessibility score to view accessibility issues for the content. You can check and fix accessible issues from here. The structural remediation shown in the screenshot is available only to specified users.

From this screen you can view, learn about, and fix different issues. Some can be automatically fixed by Panorama without you having to edit the original document.
After fixing issues, click the Apply Fixes button at the bottom to apply the fixes to your document.
More about Accessibility fixes
Panorama is a fantastic tool but it most helpful when you have some familiarity with basic accessibility principles. Here’s some resources to help.
Head to our post Accessibility Testing Practice Documents to download documents that you can upload to Panorama and practice fixing accessibility issues. As opposed to practicing with your own documents, with the practice documents you can compare accessible vs non-accessible versions.
You can also check out our Digital Accessibility & Universal Design for Learning page to learn more about what makes things accessible and how to build that into your courses and content to promote universal design.
For digital accessibility questions, please contact the IDAT team. If you have questions about accommodations for specific students, contact Disability Services.
Upcoming trainings from the vendor are also scheduled for January 2026. Use the links below to join. Employees are welcome to join any training but the faculty/staff indicators show what the training will focus on.
